The Reimbursement Upload Tool

The original bulk or mass upload utility is designed to pick up files from a folder and bulk upload them to the provider portal in one sweep. The files have to contain a valid provider code as part of the file name. The utility uploads all the files for each provider into a specific folder in the provider portal. Savings lots of time and mailing costs. We developed this tool with the help of Fred and Hubert from Miami to assist the finance team on this mundane monthly task. But we did not stop there.

Meet the improved version. Thanks to support from Polk County, we enhanced the utility to work off a single reimbursement PDF report straight from EFS.  This saves preparation time as you no longer need to split the EFS report into individual files and name them correctly before you can upload the files.

The new tool built by Oleg, looks inside the PDF file for the provider code and it splits the file for you on the fly.

Coalitions like Polk, Volusia, Pinellas, and Lake are using the new tool and are raving about the time savings.
